Systemized Construction Procedure

All necessary construction machinery to build the ECO Park has been designed and developed by Giken. Thus, construction of the Eco-park is carried out by the environmentally- friendly Press-in Method. Prefabricated piles are pressed into the ground to form the wall of the circular shaft. Then, after the soil inside the shaft is removed, the mechanical parking system is erected in the shaft. The mechanical parking system is installed in the shaft. After the prefabricated entrance booth is installed on the ground surface, it is the end of the construction. This innovative method solves problems arising from conventional methods as it can eliminates traffic disturbance and longer construction periods by a small, compact and lightweight press-in machine.
