GIKEN LTD. was recognised as “2025 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (Large Enterprise Category).”
"Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health” is jointly administered annually by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. The programme aims to highlight companies that are implementing outstanding KENKO Investment for Health practices and to create an environment in which they can gain social recognition as corporations that consider employee health management from a managerial perspective and are making strategic efforts. There are two categories: the large enterprise category and SME category. GIKEN has been recognised for four consecutive years since 2022.

Selection as a FY2023 “Nadeshiko Brand”
GIKEN LTD. was selected as a FY2023 “Nadeshiko Brand.”
The "Nadeshiko Brand" is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange to select listed companies with outstanding initiatives to promote women's active participation in the workplace. The initiative aims to promote investment in selected companies by introducing them as attractive companies for investors who place importance on medium- to long-term corporate value enhancement, thereby accelerating the initiatives of each company. GIKEN was also selected in FY2021.

Grand Prize Winner of FY2021 Leading Company Award for Supporting Women's Active Participation and Childcare
GIKEN LTD. received the Grand Prize of the FY2021 Leading Company Award for Supporting Women's Active Participation and Childcare organised by the Shikoku Committee for the Promotion of Measures to Cope with the Declining Birthrate.
The award aims to recognise companies and organisations in Shikoku that have achieved results through advanced initiatives to promote women’s active participation and support childcare.

GIKEN LTD. received the Grand Prix of the Ikumen Enterprise Award 2020 organised by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
The award recognises companies and organisations that promote men balancing childcare and work, with the aim of creating working environments where employees can raise children with peace of mind while working.
