Our Group has established a Health Management Declaration and Health Management Philosophy. We are working to promote employee health maintenance and Work-Life Balance under a promotion system supervised by top management. In this fiscal year, we conducted a survey on presenteeism*2 for all employees and provided learning time during working hours to improve health literacy. In addition, we have implemented a wide variety of other company-wide measures including an internal newsletter that introduces top management’s health promotion efforts. We are verifying the effectiveness of these measures based on the “Health Management Strategy Map” we formulated last year while also increasing health awareness and improving the workplace environment.

The physical and mental health of employees is the foundation of corporate management, individual performance, and above all, the happiness of every employee. We will continue to promote health and productivity management in line with recent trends while considering the introduction of internal systems that enable our employees, who are our assets, to continue working in good health.
