Penetration Technologies
This technology enables to install tubular piles with cutting bits attached on pile toe by “Gyropress Force” generated from press-in and gyration. Rotary Cutting Press-in is available where ground condition is so hard that conventional methods cannot overcome and where there is underground obstacle such as concrete structures. This technology has been put to practical use as “Gyropress Method” which constructs high quality foundations and structures.
Advantages
Amount of soil displacement is controlled by rotary cutting mechanism which excising just the obstacle part. In addition to environmental and safety superiority of the Press-in Principle, the rotary cutting mechanism has the effect of inhibiting the development of pile deformation by reducing penetration resistance composed of skin friction and pile toe resistance.
