Support for Balancing Work and Childcare

Supporting Working Parents

The GIKEN Group will continue to make childcare leave an obvious option and contribute to creating a positive cycle for society as a whole, where everyone can work with vitality.

For the happiness of employees, their families, and the community and society as a whole.
Towards a better future.

Childcare leave is an important time to be with your irreplaceable partner and support each other physically and mentally.
We believe that creating an environment where everyone can take childcare leave without hesitation will contribute to solving various social issues, such as curbing the declining birthrate, promoting women's participation in the workforce, and utilising diverse human resources.
We will continue to strengthen our initiatives that support the balancing of work and childcare, and to further improve the workplace environment so that employees can work with peace of mind and vitality.
