GRIN Base™ EP is an automated car parking facility developed with the concept of "Culture Aboveground, Function Underground". With a compact entrance/exit booth ensuring minimal footprint aboveground, it has an underground parking capacity of 50 or more cars. By accommodating parking spaces underground and creating a spacious space above the ground, we will further cultivate urban development in the future.

High-speed vehicle retrieval time - average of 32 seconds
The average vehicle retrieval time is 32 seconds, which is exceptionally fast for a mechanical parking lot. This short waiting time allows for the waiting area to be omitted or simplified, resulting in a design that is beneficial for both users and operators.
Effective utilisation of land with high capacity
Parking 50 cars in a standard flat parking lot requires over 1,000 square meters of land. In contrast, our automated car parking facility's parking/retrieval booth takes up only about 1/30th of that space. This efficiency allows us to create large parking facilities even in areas where land is challenging to acquire, making optimal use of the available site.
