Our group has established its own "Declaration of KENKO Investment for Health" and "Philosophy of KENKO Investment for Health". We are working to promote employee health maintenance and work-life balance under a promotion system supervised by top management. Last year, we further enhanced our internal health management initiatives, including the promotion of cancer prevention measures, by actively listening to the voices of our officers and employees through surveys and interviews. At the same time, we strengthened collaboration with community-based health events and related activities.
The physical and mental health of employees is the foundation of corporate management, individual performance, and above all, the happiness of every employee. We will continue to create an environment in which employees can work in good health, including reviewing internal systems in line with recent trends and changing needs.
