Wall and Foundation Types

Sheet Pile Wall (U Profile)

The most commonly used sheet piles all over the world

U sheet piles have interlocks on the neutral axis and symmetrically form a wall with a narrow section resulting in high drivability and reusability.

Sheet Pile Wall (Z Profile)

The most efficient sheet pile sections available for bending stiffness and permanent use

The interlocks of Z sheet piles are located symmetrically on the outer fibers of the wall, ensuring effective shear transmission and optimum strength/mass relation.

Sheet Pile Wall (Hat Profile)

In high balance of cost-effectiveness, drivability and reusability

The interlocks of Hat sheet piles are located on the outer fiber of the wall, resulting in effective shear transmission and excellent strength/mass relation. Furthermore, the large width ensures fast installation performance.

King Post Combi-wall (Universal Beams & U Sheet Piles)

Combined wall mixed universal beams (I sections) and U sheet pile wall

The primary elements (universal beams) act as retaining elements against the earth and water pressures and may act as bearing piles for vertical loads. The secondary elements (U sheet piles) only fill the gap between the primary elements and transmit the loads resulting from earth and water pressures to the primary elements.

Tubular Pile Wall

Heavy walled sections for high modulus, robust and versatile foundation solutions

The heavy wall section of tubular piles with a wide range of pile sizes can be used both as a major retaining structure and a load bearing structure. Open ended section of tubular piles allows the piles to be composited with other material, such as concrete, to provide greater bending stiffness and end bearing capacities.

Tubular Pile Wall (with Interlocks)

Clutched high modulus tubular pile wall system

Adjacent tubular piles are clutched with interlocks to form a continuous wall. Therefore, the wall can be used as both a retaining wall and cofferdam. With interlock fillers, high water conductivity is achievable to provide watertight structures.

Combi-Gyro Wall (Tube/Hat System)

Combined wall mixed tubular piles and Hat sheet pile wall

The primary elements (tubular piles) act as retaining elements against the earth and water pressures and may act as bearing piles for vertical loads. The secondary elements (Hat sheet piles) only act as a barrier and transmit the loads resulting from earth and water pressures to the primary elements.

Combi-Gyro Wall (Tube/Z System)

Combined wall mixed tubular piles and Z sheet pile wall

The primary elements (tubular piles) act as retaining elements against the earth and water pressures and may act as bearing piles for vertical loads. The secondary elements (Z sheet piles) only act as a barrier and transmit the loads resulting from earth and water pressures to the primary elements.

Combi-Gyro Wall (Tube/U System)

Combined wall mixed tubular piles and U sheet pile wall

The primary elements (tubular piles) act as retaining elements against the earth and water pressures and may act as bearing piles for vertical loads. The secondary elements (U sheet piles) only act as a barrier and transmit the loads resulting from earth and water pressures to the primary elements.

Tubular King Pile Foundation

High modulus robust and resilient foundation system

The Tubular King Pile Foundation comprises steel tubular piles as the primary foundation elements and incorporating additional upper wall elements on top of the steel tubular piles. The efficiencies of physical foundation properties can be optimised in view of the flexibility of pile size and the spacing of tubular piles for the ground conditions and the form of the loading.
