Press-in machines utilises reaction force from installed piles integrated with the Earth and carry out piling work while self-walking on top of installed piles. With further development based on the principle of “reaction based mechanism”, “GRB Non-staging System” was developed as a press-in system which carries out all piling procedures such as pile transportation, pile pitching and press-in work on top of installed piles.

All system equipments are self-supported by holding existing installed piles with no risk of overturning. Temporary working platforms or detour roads are not required even at unstable ground condition, in narrow location, on water, on slope, and under other restricted site conditions since influence range of work is minimised to just the width of those machinery.

GRB Non-staging System consists of Silent Piler in the front, Power Unit as a power source, Clamp Crane to pitch piles and Pile Runner to convey piles from work base platform.
